Registration Overview

Registration is open for Elementary School; all other levels are closed.

Please have the following items ready before you begin the registration process:

  1. USA Hockey Number for 2023-24 season (the player’s new USAH Registration Confirmation number for 2023-24 season will need to be entered)
  2. USAH Consent to Treat (a scan or photo of the completed and signed document will need to be uploaded)
  3. You will be asked to acknowledge review and consent with the waiver forms. Links are included during registration and are also provided here (USAH Player Code of Conduct, USAH Concussion Waiver, USAH Waiver of Liability, and WIHC Parent/Guardian Code of Conduct) in case you would like to review before beginning the registration process.

Payment Schedule (payments are accepted via ACH electronic transfer from your bank, credit card, PayPal, or check)

  • Due at Registration: $200
  • Due by Oct 01, 2023: half of remaining balance
  • Due by Dec 01, 2023: remaining balance
